Q: How do I know my order status? If my order has shipped? My tracking number?
A: Click the link "ORDER STATUS" at the top right of the page. From there you can see if your order is being packaged, shipped, and your tracking number.

Q: How does COD work?
A: Simple. We ship the package to you Express Post and you pay at the post office using cash or debit and they hand it over to you. (Canada Only) There is an additional charge of $8.00 added to shipping for this service.

Q: How does Interac E-transfer work?
A: Please visit this link. Interac E - Transfer Please interac to this email address: SALES@CANADAPEPTIDES.COM. Please also email the answer to the security question you provide. We will not ship until we receive your Interac money transfer. Please quote your order number in the email.

Q: Do you ship Peptides with a Cold Pack?
A: We will for an additional $10.00 charge. Although this is not neccessary as shipping is quick.

Q: How do I receive discounts or current specials/sales?
A: Add your email to our mailing list and we send out emails with coupon codes with our current specials/promotions.

Q: How long will it take to get my product?
A: Usually within 4-5 business days, notwithstanding unforseen delays. We strive to ship within 24 hours of receiving payment, and express post takes 3 business days or less in most instances from the day of shipping.

Q: Are you open Saturday and Sunday.
A: We are open Monday to Friday to field emails. Depending on the week we do sometimes take email during the weekend. Please note, we do not ship on Friday... we take into account your package sitting all weekend in the Post office.

Q: Do you charge GST/HST/PST on your products?
A: Yes, we do at check out.

Q: Do you have a minimum order on your products?
A: On peptides no. For research supplies or chemicals, there is a $40 minimum order.

Q: My tracking number is not showing up on Canada Posts website?
A: Please check again in 24 hours, sometimes there is a delay in updating tracking at the post office..

Q: Can you tell me how to use these products?
A: NO! These products are intended for in vitro usage only (Not on a living organism.). No questions of this nature will be fielded. Please remember we provide research chemicals and supplies to researchers. We are a supply company, and research questions are out of our scope of knowledge.

Q: Do you offer larger volume discounts?
A: Absolutely. Please email us to inquire about bulk orders. For promotions, join our email mailing list.

Q: How should I store my peptides?
A: In the freezer until reconstituted. Avoid repeated freeze thaw cycles. Once reconstituted keep them in a dark area in the refrigerator.

Q: Do the peptides come mixed/reconstituted?
A: No, they come as a lyophilized powder in a sealed sterile vial.

Q: How should I reconstitute my peptides?
A: In most cases bacteriostatic water or sterile water. Using an sterile insulin syringe is the easiest method to transfer the bacteriostatic/sterile water to the peptide vial to maintain sterility and not contaminate your research specimen. The insulin syringes are not intended to be used for human injections, but as a sterile transfer device. To reconstitute the IGF1-Lr3 peptide, the Acetic Acid solution is the preferred medium.

Q: Do you include Bacteriostatic Water/Sterile Water or Sterile Acetic Acid solutions with your products?
A: We do include one Sterile Water with each peptide order. One STERILE WATER 3mL for every 3 vials. And we do include one Acetic Acid Solution 3mL with the IGF1-Lr3 (But not Bacteriostatic Water or Sterile Water with the IGF1-Lr3). One Acetic Acid 3mL for every 3 Vials of IGF1-Lr3, IGF2-Lr3 and DES IGF(1-3). Maximum of Five free per order.

Q: Are your products "Underground", produced in China, or produced in other less than desirable conditions?
A: Absolutely not. They are produced in a certified laboratory under strict conditions right here in Canada.  The only exception is that the Follistatin-344, AICAR and ACE-031 is brought in from our North American neighbors in the USA.  We are comfortable with the quality.  Eventually we will source these from Canada.  We rather pay more for a Quality product than purchase a cheaper one.

Q: List? Do you carry any Anabolic Androgenic Steroids, Clenbuterol, ED drugs, Human Growth Hormone, or controlled or prescription drugs, etc?
A: No. We only offer legal peptides for in vitro usage. We do not offer or provide drugs that are scheduled, controlled, or require a prescription. Please do not inquire, we are a professional business.

Q: Will you ship internationally?
A: Sorry, we only ship to Canadian and American researchers. Please note we will not ship Bacteriostatic Water to the USA as it is prescription only there.

Q: Do you package securely?
A: Of course. All contents are sealed, and bubble wrapped, or padded securely. Packaging is discreet for your privacy. With this in mind, we always package discreetly.

Q: I am under the age of 18, can I order?
A: No. Our products are intended for legitimate researchers over the age of 18. By ordering you imply this is the case. We reserve the right to refuse shipments.

Q: Do you offer refunds on products?
A: No due to the nature of the products they cannot be returned. All sales are final unless there is an error on our part. WE ALWAYS address reasonable concerns. 

Q: What is the purity of your products?
A: Good question. All products are greater than 98%, with the exception of IGF-Lr3 which has been HPLC tested at > 97% on the most recent batch.
